You can access your Purchase Confirmation and Tickets in your NIGHTOUT account from your desktop or mobile app. Once you are logged into your NIGHTOUT account, select 'My Tickets' to view your tickets, resend confirmation emails, print your tickets and validate your mobile/digital tickets. Please reference the image below.
Sometimes NIGHTOUT confirmation emails and tickets will be redirected to Spam or Junk Mail folders - there is a possibility that yours might be hiding there.
If you still can't find your tickets in your email, it could be due to a misspelling of your email. This is a common error, which might lead you to think your tickets are lost - but they aren't!
NIGHTOUT Support can update your email address and re-send your tickets to a correctly spelled email if this is the issue, just email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
