Postponing an event can be a hassle, but we are here to help make it easier! We understand things can come up, venues can cancel, performers can get sick - but the show must go on.
When you find out you will need to postpone, please notify NIGHTOUT Support right away, by calling 800-936-3126 or emailing [email protected].
Changing event information is the first step after notifying NIGHTOUT Support. Please update the event date on the event page. It might be a good idea to include a note in the event title and description letting potential customers know about the new date. (i.e. "Holiday Party - Postponed" or "New Date - Holiday Party").
The next step will be letting your customers know about the new date. You can export a list of attendees along with their contact information easily from your Dashboard - and explained here. You can give them the option of attending at the new date, or refunding their ticket.
