Two separate charges (when you intended to only to process a single order) could mean a duplicate order was placed. If you think this might be the case, first check your Stash to see if there were two orders generated.

If you have duplicate orders on your NIGHTOUT account, or if you have received a confirmation email for two separate orders when you meant to place one, please contact us at support@nightout.com or 1-800-936-3126 as soon as possible.

Please have your order numbers ready and provide as much detail as possible about your purchase process so we can best assist you.
