Ticket buyers and guests can always access their tickets with ease! Users can find their tickets via the “My Tickets” button in the top right of NIGHTOUT and a "Find My Tickets" button on our welcome page - both of which lead to the Find My Tickets page.
This feature increases the overall user experience within NIGHTOUT and serves as a great resource to better service your ticket buyers.
In addition to the "My Tickets" button placed on the navigation throughout NIGHTOUT, we also recommend that you place a link on your site / social media and notification emails as a convenience and friendly reminder where your ticket buyers can find their tickets.
