Accessing & Using Box Office Within Entry Flow
Box Office can be accessed by clicking the far right button in the Entry Flow app.
All your tickets are pre-loaded within Box Office and will also show you how many tickets you have left to sell - so you never have to worry about overselling.
To take a payment, just add the amount of tickets your customer wants and then select 'Checkout'.
Wireless Payment Card Terminal
The Wireless Card Terminal allows you to process credit card payments.
You can swipe, chip, tap, or charge any NFC (Apple, Android, etc) compatible device.
Credit cards with a chip must be inserted into the terminal and not swiped.
Connecting The Payment Card Terminal
Make sure that the iPhone's Bluetooth is enabled. (IMPORTANT - DO NOT CONNECT READER TO iPhone BLUETOOTH. YOU WILL CONNECT WITHIN ENTRY FLOW MOMENTARILY.)
Turn on the Wireless Terminal by pressing in the power button.
Within Entry Flow tap the Box Office button on the bottom far right and then select the connect card terminal button.
Once connected the card terminal will be an available option under Payment Methods.
