With the Ticket Button Control feature you can control what the Ticket Button reads on your organization Profile Page and event page. This feature is great because it allows you to inform your potential ticket buyers on the sales status of an event or allows you to quickly take all tickets off sale and mark as sold out. It can be used as a call to action to urge visitors to click and buy now.
This feature can be controlled in two places:
If you wish to have the Ticket Button for ALL events organization wide read a certain statement you need to start from your organization dashboard. From there you can edit the "Sale Status" for tickets within the “Ticket Settings” tab under the “Settings” header. If you wish to activate this feature be sure to turn it on, choose from one of the pre-generated options below or create a custom Button Text, then press save.
To adjust the status or wording of ALL tickets on a specific event or an individual tickets on an event you will want to head to the "Ticket Types" tab under the "Tickets" header within an event dashboard. To change the display of ticket types for a specific event follow the below:
Once you are in the Ticket Types dashboard screen you can update ALL of the ticket type status or displays at once by clicking "Set All" located on top of the list of ticket types.
To update an individual ticket type status you can click on the "display setting" marker next to that given ticket type and update within the module to reflect the sale setting of your choice.
